This book is GREAT. The cook in our house began with Lorna Sass's "Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure," and eveything she's cooked in that has been delicious, especially her New Mexico Pinto Bean Soup which we have now plasticized we use it so often. Also the charts in the front. THEN when the cardiologist recommended vegan, we turned again to Lorna and we've lately been eating from "The New Vegan," and everything we've tried so far has been, as usual, delicious. Thank you, Lorna!
