This book is a gem! It has everything from choosing a shoe, to interval/tempo training, to extremely detailed information about running related injuries. The title undersells, this is a book for someone who wants to run casually or to race with minimal injury. And given it is written by two women, it has brought issues such as post-partem and pregnancy running into the discussion, (which some readers will appreciate more than others, no doubt).
