Cute bags; however, as a very experienced seamstress, I question whether the instructions are user friendly enough for inexperienced sewers.

the best bag-making book out there!! amy butler's designs are beautiful and you will want to make at least half of the bags you see in this book, if not all of them. I have made several, including the Cosmo and the Teardrop...both gorgeous. Amy's style is so approachable and modern//love her!!!

I enjoyed making purses from this book. I needed a make-up bag so I made the perfectly pleated clutch and found it to be very easy. All of the purses in this book are beautiful and can turn out to be something you will always enjoy.

Great designs and fantastic source for inspiration. I did find the projects a bit daunting for my beginner skills and will probably revisit this one when I have a few more bags under my belt.

Even the simplest bag required a lot of fabric, interfacing, fleece, etc. and it seemed very involved for a novice.
