CS Lewis doesn't skip a beat in this allegorical account of spirituality and Christianity faith. I love his writings with the prose and formulated reasoning. Though, it does read like a time period and not as a contemporary read.

Pilgrim's Progress C.S. Lewis style. A deep and thought provoking tale of a man's journey through life and his encounters of various philosophies and values a long the way.
