5 Levels of Leaderships both provides a easy questionnaire assessment of one's own leadership level (presuming you are being brutally honest with yourself), and lays out a clear 5 leadership level structure. What I enjoyed most of John C. Maxwell's work is that the levels made me consider my own leadership level and style, and start thinking about how to step it up to the next level to help my own organisation.
